When traveling or even relocating for college, there are times that you can't make it to one our branches or surcharge-free ATMs. That's why we participate in two partnerships to extend services for our members well beyond our Florida borders.

Shared Branching

Created by credit unions that joined forces to allow their members the luxury of banking at credit union locations other than theirs. The CO-OP Financial Services Shared Branching network consists of more than 5,000 credit union branches, which offers credit union members convenience comparable to the nation’s largest banks. And while our members can use branches throughout the nation, member's of other credit unions can visit us too for services.

Standard CO-OP services you can expect to receive are:

  • Deposits
  • Withdrawals - up to $1,500 per member per credit union
  • Account inquiries
  • Transfers
  • Loan payment
  • Statement copies

Please note
: Withdrawals performed at an ATM owned by a Shared Branching facility may incur a surcharge. An alternative is to use a MIDFLORIDA ATM or a Publix Presto! ATM with no fee. Deposits cannot be accepted at ATMs owned by Shared Branching facilities or Publix Presto! ATMs.

Publix Presto ATMs provide surcharge-free withdrawals for your convenience.
Shared Branching is available upon request and is subject to certain conditions and transaction limitations. To activate Shared Branching access, users must be verified and complete at least one transaction within 31 days of activation. Once the initial transaction is completed, access will remain enabled as long as there is ongoing activity. If there are no transactions for a period of 6 months, the service will become restricted and the user will need to request reinstatement.
