“Haines City has been a very busy location for us and has served us well over the years. It is among our fastest growing branches as well as one of our top largest branches based on membership. To accommodate and plan for future growth, we realized that it was time to move to a bigger facility where we could maintain our visibility and enhance our service delivery at a larger and more convenient location along US-27,” said Vanessa Hernandez, MIDFLORIDA’s Chief of Retail Delivery. Hernandez adds that “While many people enjoy the convenience of digital banking, people have a very personal relationship with their money and there’s still a large population that appreciates fast and friendly face to face interaction when it comes to helping them manage their finances.”
As one of more than 60 branches throughout the state, this new 5,193 square foot Haines City branch features the Credit Union’s signature 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. extended drive-thru hours and full-service Saturday hours, plus face-to-face banking, instant-issue debit and credit cards, a drive-up ATM, four drive-thru lanes, and safe deposit boxes. In addition, the facility will have dedicated offices for members to meet with mortgage staff and for business services.
Grand Opening Celebration
The community is invited to meet their local branch staff at a two-day Grand Opening celebration slated for Friday, February 25 and Saturday, February 26, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Attendees can enjoy free lunch.
