The Annual Meeting will spotlight our 2024 successes as well as the election of our 2025 Board of Directors.

Join us for our Annual Meeting of our Members.

In addition to general business, the election of our 2025 Board of Directors will be held.

The following individuals have been selected by the nominating committee to serve for 3-year terms:

CHRISTOPHER GEIGER
Christopher is the Vice President of Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk at Lockheed Martin, an aerospace and defense company with 120,000 employees and $65 billion in annual revenue. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer, a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), a Certified Internal Auditor, and a Board Leadership Fellow with the National Association of Corporate Directors. His volunteering in the credit union movement includes serving over a decade on the Supervisory Committee, eight years on an Asset Liability Management Committee, and seven years on the Board of Directors.

DR. DARRELL JENSEN, CPA
With over twelve years of dedicated service on MIDFLORIDA's Board of Directors and fourteen years on the Supervisory Committee, Dr. Darrell Jensen brings extensive experience and leadership to the table. A retired CFO and CEO of local companies in Polk and Highlands counties, he has a proven track record in financial management and strategic planning. Darrell is passionate about promoting financial literacy and is committed to helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals. 

NICK SUDZINA
In 1991, Nick began his service with the credit union. He is employed as the Trial Court Administrator for the Tenth Judicial Circuit. Nick holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is a volunteer for Hospice, is active with the Lakeland Runners Club and helps direct the Red Ribbon Run for InnerAct Alliance.

DON WILLIAMS
Don was a guidance counselor at Kathleen High School and retired in 1997. He began his credit union career 41 years ago and is currently a director. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida A&M University and a master’s degree from Indiana State University.

Members desiring to run for elective office are required to submit their petition for nomination to the President of the credit union on or before February 28, 2025. The petitions, which may be picked up at our corporate office, must be signed by a minimum of 500 members of this credit union. All members must be present at the annual meeting to exercise their voting rights. The election will not be conducted by ballot when there is only one nominee for a position.
