MIDFLORIDA Adds Experienced Leaders to Commercial Lending Department

Lakeland, FL – MIDFLORIDA Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce the addition of two banking industry veterans to their Business Services Department. Scott Gardner, formerly of SunTrust, and Dan McCullough, formerly of Citizens Bank and Trust, have joined the commercial lending team at MIDFLORIDA as Vice Presidents of the department.

“We’re very happy to welcome these two seasoned professionals to our Business Services Department,” said David Hand, Chief of Business Services for MIDFLORIDA. “Their extensive banking experience and foundations in the community, combined with MIDFLORIDA’s passion for service excellence, will most certainly benefit the commercial community within our service areas.”

Scott Gardner joins MIDFLORIDA with over 10 years of experience in the banking industry. Most recently, Gardner worked in commercial lending at SunTrust as a Vice President. As Vice President of Business Services, Gardner will concentrate on developing commercial and private banking relationships in West Polk County. He is based out of the Corporate offices at 129 S. Kentucky Ave. in downtown Lakeland.

With 17 years of banking experience, Dan McCullough comes to MIDFLORIDA from Citizens Bank and Trust where he served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President. McCullough, also Vice President of Business Services, will focus on the eastern portion of Polk County. His office is located in the Winter Haven Corporate offices at 55 5th St. NW in Winter Haven.

“Scott and Dan are just the latest additions to an already exceptional staff of professionals in our department,” added Hand. “I look forward to working with them to answer the needs of our community’s commercial sector.”
