Brand Managers

Description:
Brand Managers actively market and promote the MIDFLORIDA FCU brand to existing and prospective members, directs members to appropriate personnel for assistance, supervises and coaches staff, oversees facility, leads sales effort of credit union products and services. The brand manager works towards meeting individual, branch, and corporate goals, ensures member service standards are maintained, and reviews loan applications for accuracy and quality.

Requirements:
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma/GED, Bachelors degree in a business related field preferred. Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years recent experience in the areas of consumer/commercial lending, retail banking management, employee supervision, staff development and coaching. Loan origination, processing, auditing, credit analysis, strong sales, communication and presentation skills required.
